Our vision is to elevate the voices of women, girls, and non-binary individuals across BC’s Interior, creating a future where they feel safe, valued, and empowered to lead change. We aspire to be a welcoming and inclusive space where everyone is inspired to grow, heal, and thrive. We foster personal transformation and collective empowerment through low-barrier access to resources, employment support, and community connection.

As leaders in women-centred advocacy, we drive collaboration with community service providers to ensure that every individual who enters our doors has the support they need to make positive changes in their lives and communities. We aim to spark creativity, promote learning, and empower individuals to embrace new possibilities.

Our vision extends to a world where equity is not a fight, but a given—where women and gender-diverse people are equally represented in leadership, paid fairly, and respected. At the Interior Women's Centre Society, we are committed to being part of the solution and a catalyst for lasting change.
